Update to on-chain royalties

The emergence of alternative platforms where objkt-minted NFTs can be bought and sold has brought to the forefront the need for royalties to be integrated on-chain for NFTs minted thru objkt.
Similarly any outside platform's NFTs that can be bought and sold on objkt should have artist's royalties honored.

I think moving to on-chain royalties is probably a good idea, ideally I'd like to see the option to alter royalties, and exploration of things like scaling royalties or threshold based royalties as well.
I think this is relatively underexplored space, hence the emergence of alternatives to the current system.
