Allow artists to set the max # of editions collected per wallet. For example an artist can set a maximum of 2 editions collected per wallet. Would help with popular drops where users with bots or other scripts take large % of editions. Thanks!

So glad this is in progress, it's not foolproof as users/bots will just create/use multiple wallets but it will at least allow us to see people who go out of their way to trade OTC to avoid royalties.
