Translate the rightsUri to https://$somepublicipfsprovider if it is an ipfs:// link

Hello!
Teia is adding custom licenses, but we've noticed that the rightsUri field on the objkt.com page doesn't automatically translate ipfs:// url's to something browsers can understand. For example: click the "properties" of the token objkt.com/tokens/hicetnunc/854637 and observe that the "License:" field points to "ipfs://qmyd9bzdzvzkyn19nksoapcwdmx1ejsjxdtxmfeoronfvu/" (also gets converted to all lowercase). It would be nice if that could be translated to "ipfs.io/ipfs/QmYD9bZdzvZkYn19nkSoaPcwdmX1ejSjXdtxmFeoronFVU"
